Day #1.

I haven’t eaten anything incredibly bad/fatty today (the fattest I’ve eaten was a mouthful of potato salad), and I really enjoy eating healthy…..I just snack to much. Mum bought a leg ham so we’ve all been pecking at that, which can’t be too good. Tomorrow once my pay goes in, I think I’ll go and buy lots of dried fruit and nuts which I can snack at. I love all kinds of berries, so a blueberry/raspberry and nut mix sounds delish !!

I spent 25 minutes on the Ab Circle Pro today, and burnt 101 calories whoch is a good start i guess ! I’m going for a walk/jog once the weather cools down a bit, and I’ll do more cardio before bed tonight.

Besides the snacking, I really think that if I keep up this healthy eating and exercising, I’ll be able to lose 20-30kg in five months and look HAWT for my birthday :D I really do hope I can do this.
